Discounts shall only be deemed agreed upon if expressly confirmed in writing by ALCEL. In the event of breach of contract, in particular default in payment, ALCEL is entitled to take back the purchased item. The customer shall hold the resulting sole or co-ownership in safekeeping for ALCEL. Otherwise, liability is excluded.
