From idea and to serial production – we support the establishment of new supply chains. Beginning with a review of the customer’s purchasing categories we discuss the possibilities of sourcing in India and identify potential suppliers through our Indian contact network. In close coordination with our customers, we support product and process development of the selected supplier, as well as production of samples or prototypes. After a supplier has been cleared, we coordinate the fulfillment of purchase orders. Delving into the complexity of Indian contract law is not required, as we provide the simplest legal interface: A contract partner under German jurisdiction.

Our customers’ feedback is a source for improvement impulses for us and our suppliers. We regularly discuss customer wishes and critique, and use our expertise to support the implementation of improvements which are beneficial to all parties. Throughout our activities, we are approachable as contact persons, circulating customer requirements or feedback and solving arising problems. In close cooperation with our partners in India, e.g. DC Autoparts, a specialist in high-precision cast-iron parts in Bangalore or CRP, an expert for aluminum pressure die castings in Chennai, we have made the Indian sourcing market accessible for German companies since 1989. Our success: Customer accounts that have been continuously growing since 10 or more years contribute approx. 70% of our sales.
